RMDY originally built Bel&Bo's kiosk system back in 2015, and it has since rolled out in nearly 100 stores. Over time, the software started to show its age. Slow APIs, limited flexibility, and a clunky interface disrupted the shopping flow. It was time for a serious overhaul.
Onze oplossingen
We rebuilt the kiosk software from the ground up. Fast, stable connections replaced outdated APIs, and a brand-new CMS, Keystone, was implemented. This allows Bel&Bo to customize screens with store-specific promotions and campaigns easily. The UX also got a redesign, now supporting both horizontal and vertical screens. The result? A future-ready kiosk platform that brings the webshop and the physical store together in one seamless experience.
